Had very enjoyable stay with a night at this cloudforest oasis with thoughtful staff and magnificent location to Aguas Calientes or from the bus line. Location: the hotel was very close to a rainforest, and the lounges / lobbies / restaurants.

Fantastic food, we didn't want to say goodbye.
We appreciated the traditional and delicious breakfast. We had superior room with a private bathroom. Hotel's location was stunning, parallel to the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and nice views of mountains, gardens, and fountains. The breakfast room, although busy, offers a wide selection of food. The bar makes great Piscos and there are plenty of seating areas to relax. The spa is a special experience with a unique deep fiber mat. The porter service to the train station was flawless. The hotel is situated near the train station with lush grounds and guided walks focused on birds and regional flora and fauna. The meals were excellent, especially the lomo saltado. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked en suite and extremely pleasant room with very comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and a large window facing the wilderness. Location: the hotel was not far from bars / restaurants in towns, and market and bus station.

A blissful stay in a serene jungle paradise. The room was beautifully furnished, with a fireplace, outdoor shower, and dipping pool. The attentive service from the moment we arrived, including a personal tour guide, made us feel truly pampered. The food was excellent, with a choice of three courses and a great wine selection. We only stayed one night, but wished we had more time to enjoy the spa, bird watching, and pool. a high-quality, personalized experience worth every penny.

Fabulous and incredible hotel, I liked its remote location really close to a lush jungle by the river, beautiful riverside forest, and the railway track. There were extremely pleasant and good-sized rooms with a marble bathroom. The service was excellent during all my excellent stay.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

My husband and I stayed at Inkaterra Machu Picchu for two nights as part of our anniversary trip. The hotel property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful casitas nestled in the cloud forest. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and sitting area. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Carlos at the reception. We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location, just two minutes from the train station, made it easy for us to explore Machu Picchu. it was an enchanting experience and we would highly recommend this hotel.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We stayed at a charming hotel nestled in a lovely location near a picturesque river. It was conveniently located close to the buses that took us to the main attraction, as well as the town in the valley. The hotel's restaurant, situated beside the river, offered delectable cuisine. Our room was comfortable and clean, with cozy bedding and well-appointed bathroom toiletries. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that included a variety of breads and jams.
One downside was that the shower head in the bathroom was fixed to the wall.

If you're looking for a peaceful and secluded haven, this hotel is the perfect location. Surrounded by lush gardens and scenery that creates a soothing atmosphere can be enjoyed by anyone. The room was spacious and bright, decorated with a refined taste that is really satisfying. The staff provided excellent service and had an optimistic attitude making the stay memorable. There is a more extensive selection of breakfast, which provides a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers an activity list for guests to indulge in leisure and recreational activities suitable for their needs.
The only drawback I found was that the building could have been a bit more modernized.
